Job summary

Sporting Life in Canada is seeking an eCommerce Shipping Associate to ensure online orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will contribute to a seamless online shopping experience for our customers, handling gear, apparel, and sporting equipment with care.

• Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
• Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.
• Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions.
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines.
