Temporary 6-month contract

In this position, you’ll actively contribute to optimizing production processes and designing efficient workspaces. Thanks to your initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and strong skills in analysis, synthesis, and communication, you’ll play a key role in implementing effective and innovative solutions to maximize value-added work.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

1. Implement safe working methods based on industry best practices
2. Take part in continuous improvement projects (VSM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, new product introductions, etc.)
3. Analyze and optimize workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste
4. Participate in risk assessments for equipment and workstations
5. Work closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and other teams
6. Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)

• You have a technical diploma or AEC in Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent background
• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
