All our consultants are IT experts who speak yourlanguage and work in your environment. We cover IT, development,business intelligence and infrastructure.
We are looking for anexperienced IT Technician to join a company in the industrial sector,located in Montreal (Anjou). This is a permanent, on-site position.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support tointernal users for ERP, business applications, office automation andhardware.
Identify, diagnose and solve common problems related tosoftware, networks and hardware.
Make minor adjustments to ERPparameters (permissions management, report configuration, systemsettings) and validate and test updates or newfunctionalities.
Work closely with internal teams and suppliers toensure the smooth running of ERP modules.
Participate in continuousprocess improvement by proposing appropriate technicalsolutions.
Contribute to automation, business intelligence andartificial intelligence projects.
Maintain a technology watch toidentify best practices and solutions corresponding to the company'sneeds.
Monitor and manage IT inventory.
Perform any otherrelated tasks.
Requirements and qualifications:
Degree incomputer science, systems administration or related field (DEC orequivalent experience).
2 to 5 years' experience in technicalsupport and/or ERP administration.
Experience in an SME environmentan asset.
Proficiency in IT technical support: Windowsenvironments, Office 365 suite, access management, hardware andsoftware troubleshooting.
ERP experience (ideally MicrosoftBusiness Central or similar).
Basic knowledge of system and networkadministration (Active Directory, VPN, firewall, accessmanagement).
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI (asset).
Ability totest and validate applications prior to deployment.
Skillsrequired:

Excellent communication skills and ability to explaintechnical information to users.
Ability to work independently whileintegrating effectively into a team.
Initiative, curiosity andwillingness to learn.
