We are seeking a dynamic IT and office support technician to assist our users with IT issues, aligning with our values of equity, well-being, and caring for others.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting colleagues on-site and remotely
2. Managing call logs and ticketing system
3. Deploying and configuring software (e.g., Office)
4. Managing user accounts and security
5. Resolving technical problems
6. Creating and updating technical documentation
7. Proposing process improvements
8. Deploying computers

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Level 1 IT technician
• Experience with Windows 7, 10, 11, Citrix, VDI, Azure, Office 365
• Excellent communication skills, courteous, patient
• Organized and autonomous
• Fluent in French, functional English (bilingual preferred)
• Authorized to work in Quebec

Assets:

• IT degree
• Experience in a service center

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
