Position Details
  • The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, starting in July and ending in November. The role involves managing all aspects of store operations (average of 3 stores), including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and related functions.
  • Responsibilities also include construction, opening, operating, closing, and tear-down of Spirit stores.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role.
  • The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.
