Ahria Consulting is thrilled to partner with Johnstone Supply in the search for two dynamic Territory Sales Managers — one for their London location and one for Hamilton .

In this role, you will :

  • Build and grow relationships with contractors and businesses in your territory
  • Sell industry-leading HVAC / R equipment, parts, and supplies
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships
  • Provide tailored pricing, quotes, and product expertise
  • Use CRM tools to forecast sales and track your pipeline
  • Be a go-to advisor from first contact through after-sales support

What you bring :

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto parts experience is a strong asset)
  • Mechanical aptitude and curiosity to learn HVAC / R technical details
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter mindset — organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools
