Looking for opportunities to work for a rapidly growing company? We are seeking call center representatives to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for various clients. In this role, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide customers with quality products and services.

We offer a wide range of projects with schedules that vary by site and program, aiming to find options that suit everyone. This entry-level position includes paid on-the-job training. Prior contact center experience isn't required, but experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is advantageous.

Position Responsibilities

What does a Work at Home Contact Center Representative do?

This role involves supporting customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve issues, promote products and services, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You should be confident, engaged, a team player, and bring a positive attitude daily.

Responsibilities include:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues
  • Using systems and technology for account management
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills
  • Explaining products and processes
  • Escalating dissatisfaction appropriately
  • Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, regular reviews, incentives, and prizes such as electronics, trips, and cars. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including medical plans after 30 days. Benefits vary by location.

Physical Requirements

This is a sedentary role requiring long periods of sitting and using office equipment. Occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
