Our favourite SE Calgary client, specializing in the finance industry, is seeking two rock star Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join their tight-knit team. The current available shifts include a full-time overnight shift (12AM – 8AM) and a part-time evening shift (4PM – 12AM).

This role requires self-sufficient, self-motivated, and resourceful candidates who can think outside of the box with A-Z troubleshooting skills.

The ideal candidates will possess a good depth of knowledge and/or experience in customer service, ideally in a tech support or finance setting. They must be confident, analytical, and resourceful in order to properly support clients, vendors, and the rest of the customer service team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling vendor and client relations, over email, online chat, and phone
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Handling tech support/customer service duties
  • Responding to written inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manually processing payments, transferring funds, and posting electronic payments
  • Administrative tasks as needed

Education:

  • High school diploma/equivalent
  • Post-secondary in related field (asset)

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • A satisfactory criminal record check is required
  • A satisfactory credit check is required
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Exceptional written communication skills

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service position is required
  • Previous experience in a tech support position is considered an asset

Skills:

  • Strong analytical nature
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Loyal, eager, and willing to learn and grow within the role
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong task accuracy and ability to troubleshoot effectively

Base Salary: $17 – 20 per hour

  • Salary is based on experience

Work Hours:

  • Full-time overnight shift: Sun – Thurs OR Tues – Sat (weekend availability required), 12:00AM – 8:00AM
  • Part-time evening shift: Fri – Sun (weekend availability required), 4:00PM – 12:00AM

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and requires on-site presence.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
