Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service operations to ensure customer satisfaction across the region.
• Provide leadership and development to service technicians and subcontractors.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified technicians to meet demand.
• Manage labor costs, overtime, and parts inventory to hit targets.
• Drive service contract revenue and T&M growth through proactive engagement.
• Maintain direct engagement with customers through regular visits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Systems, Service, and Support to align account plans.
• Ensure service quality metrics and KPIs are achieved.
