Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer Associates Degree in Electronics or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in a supervisory role involving remote employees.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Install, repair, and maintain equipment on site.
