Securitas Canada seeks a Security Site Operations Manager to lead a datacenter security team on a Richmond Hill campus. You will manage personnel, coordinate with the local branch, oversee onboarding, training, and development, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the site.
The role requires strong security leadership, policy adherence, and clear communication with clients and management. A vehicle and willingness to travel within the GTA are required.

The Security Site Operations Manager (SSM) serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team that includes administrative security guards, security responders, security supervisors, control room supervisors and other security personnel at a client's datacenter. The SSM is responsible for building a cohesive and high performing team. Reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM) Canada, the SSM works alongside other security team managers in their campus to ensure a safe and secure environment. Additional job functions may include client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance.
Salary: $90,000-100,000/yr
