Job summary

COBS Bread, with over 180 locations across Canada, is seeking personable Bakers to share their love of fresh bread with our loyal customers. No experience necessary—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Bakers start their day early, baking with a small team, following carefully crafted recipes, keeping the bakery clean, and delivering a great customer experience. Shifts start between 3am and 4am.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong teamwork and reliability are valued in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Bake each morning as part of a small team following carefully crafted recipes.
• Keep the bakery clean and maintain a great customer experience.
• Read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, mold and shape dough, operate ovens.
