COBS Bread is hiring Bakers to join our community-focused team. No experience is required—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You will start each day with an empty bakery and end it with fresh bread and treats for the community.

Join a small, collaborative team to bake using our recipes, read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate the ovens. With 130+ locations across Canada, we value community, quality, and growth for our people.

Responsibilities

• Bake each morning as part of a small team following carefully crafted recipes.
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and operate the ovens.
