COBS Bread in Canada is hiring Bakers to lead our freshness commitment and share in something more with the community. No experience is required—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will work with a small team each morning to bake, follow recipes, keep the bakery clean, read production schedules, measure ingredients, shape dough, and operate ovens, delivering warm breads to customers. We offer accessible benefits for full-time staff, flexible hours, a Bronze/Silver development

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
• Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
