Job summary

COBS Bread in Canada is hiring bakers to lead our freshness commitment and to share the love of bread with the community. No experience is necessary—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will bake each morning with a small team, follow recipes, maintain a clean bakery, and help deliver a great customer experience while developing your baking and leadership skills through our Bronze and Silver baker development qualification program.

Qualifications

• Early riser capable of working independently or as part of a small team.
• Pride in serving the community through COBS Bread.
• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to team success, bakery success, and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Bake each morning as part of a small team following recipes.
• Maintain clean bakery and deliver a great customer experience.
• Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, mould dough, and operate ovens.
