Job summary

COBS Bread in Markham, Ontario is seeking a friendly Baker to join our team and help maintain our freshness commitment.

You’ll start each day baking with guiding recipes, work with a small team to deliver hot, fresh bread to the community, and ensure the bakery stays clean while providing a great customer experience. No prior experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are key. Flexible hours and training are offered.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; right attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
• Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
