Job summary

COBS Bread in Canada is seeking personable Bakers to share their love of fresh bread with our community. No experience is necessary—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will start each day baking with a small team, following carefully crafted recipes, keeping the bakery clean, and providing a great customer experience. Training through our Bronze and Silver baker Development Qualification program supports your growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required; right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Early riser with ability to work independently or with a team.
• Commitment to serving the community and bakery standards.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning following recipes.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the bakery clean and deliver a great customer experience.
• Read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and operate ovens.
