Job Duties & Responsibilities

As the Early Childhood Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing and executing a series of children’s summer and fall programs and events, including virtual programming and weekly activities. You will provide children aged 4-12 with safe outlets for summer and fall activities, modify existing curricula for digital formats, and collaborate with A/V and marketing teams to record, edit, and promote these programs. The programming aims to foster holistic development, including intellectual, emotional, social, character, and creative growth.

• Experience in day camp settings is an asset.
• Experience in program development & training.
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to a socially inclusive environment, responding sensitively to diverse needs.
• Availability to work Sundays.
