Job summary

Kids & Company is seeking motivated educators to support young children’s growth in a dynamic, childcare environment across Canada.

You will document and monitor development, collaborate with therapists, and participate in ongoing professional development while ensuring emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being of children.

Qualifications

• BC ECE license is required.
• Current Criminal Record Check.
• Valid Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR certification.
• Up-to-date immunizations.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum.
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being.
• Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Complete attendance records and health & safety checks.
• Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as needed.
• Support children through daily routines and classroom transitions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
