Job summary

Kids & Company Bedford is seeking Early Childhood Educators to inspire, nurture, and support children in a caring setting. Join a team dedicated to helping young minds reach their full potential.

You will implement an Emergent Curriculum, maintain daily documentation and attendance records, and collaborate with specialists to support development while ensuring health, safety, and licensing compliance. Opportunities for growth exist within a fast-expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Requires Nova Scotia ECE license (Level 2 or 3).
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry.
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR (Level B or C).
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
