Job summary

Kids & Company in London, Ontario is seeking a full-time Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our caring team. You will support children's well-being, implement engaging activities, and help foster growth, curiosity, and confidence in a nurturing classroom.

Collaborating with Speech Therapists and other professionals, you will maintain documentation, uphold health and safety checks, and ensure classrooms meet licensing ratios.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the College of ECE and in good standing.
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum.
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and behavioral well‑being while fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
• Maintain attendance and health and safety checks.
• Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists and Early Interventionists.
• Support children through classroom transitions.
• Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in CCEYA; participate in team meetings and workshops.
