Mandat:

Relevant du gestionnaire des services d'importation, le représentant du service à la clientèle sera responsable de traiter et de réviser les importations de fret international et de gérer les transactions de réservation pour un portfolio de clients. Le candidat communiquera également avec les clients par téléphone, par écrit et en personne afin de maintenir leur satisfaction et d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise, tout en offrant un soutien administratif à l'équipe des services de fret. Enfin, le candidat effectuera des appels de suivi auprès des clients conformément aux demandes de l'entreprise.

Exigences:

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience opérationnelle dans le domaine du fret
• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle.
• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.
• Diplôme collégial en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, transport international et douanes considéré comme un atout.
• Expérience avec le systèmeCargoWiseOne ou systèmes connexes considérée comme un atout.

Mandate:

Reporting to the Import Services Manager, the Customer Service Representative will process & review international freight imports cargo and manage booking transactions for a portfolio of clients. The candidate will also communicate with clients over the phone, in writing, and via person to maintain satisfaction and meet the company target(s) while providing administrative support to the freight services team. Lastly, the candidate will conduct customer review calls as per company requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in the Freight Forwarding environment
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & French
• College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, International Transportation & Customs is considered an asset
• Experience inCargoWiseOne systemor related systems is considered an asset
