What will you do?
  1. Provide hardware / software support services to onsite client including break / fix
  2. Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
  3. Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
  4. Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement repair solutions
  5. Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
What do you need to succeed?
  • 3+ years corporate desk side support experience with emphasis on supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Supporting Microsoft Office 2007, 2016, MS Lync, Outlook Web App (OWA), and Outlook 2016 client
  • Troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
  • Quality customer service skills
  • VPN experience
  • Basic hardware printer support experience
  • Experience with Symantec products including Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, SCCM, and RDP
  • Knowledge of multiple manufacturers and operating systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to complete assignments independently
  • Support research skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to travel locally and in-state, if needed, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Attendance and schedule adherence
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and engage in labor-related duties
  • Fundamental knowledge and application of field-specific practices and procedures
