Qualifications

  • 3+ years of corporate desk side support experience, especially with Windows 7 and 10.
  • Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2007 and 2016, including MS Lync and Outlook.

What will you do?
  • Provide hardware/software support to onsite clients, including break/fix services
  • Implement virus detection and removal procedures
  • Diagnose and repair end-user system failures
  • Diagnose and repair printer and peripheral device issues
  • Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity
What do you need to succeed?
  • 3+ years of corporate desk side support experience, especially with Windows 7 and 10
  • Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs
  • Proficiency with Active Directory
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007 and 2016, including MS Lync, Outlook Web App, and Outlook 2016 client
  • Wireless connectivity troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service skills
  • VPN experience
  • Basic printer support knowledge
  • Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, SCCM, and RDP
