What will you do?

  1. Support IT equipment in a large corporate environment.
  2. Provide desktop/laptop technical support (Mac and PC).
  3. Manage Windows 7/10 operating systems.
  4. Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.
  5. Perform IMAC Support - IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change.
  6. Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components.
  7. Research and troubleshoot problems.
  8. Maintain system configurations and documentation.
  9. Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through the client's ticketing tool.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices.
  11. Handle backup, restoration, and migration of user data.
  12. Provide Smart Hands support with networking, server, and telecommunications technologies.
  13. Support printers and peripheral devices.
  14. Manage inventory of IT assets, including asset auditing.
  15. Research and follow appropriate KB articles.
  16. Work on-call and support after-hours as needed.
  17. Potentially provide executive support.
  18. Perform various other deskside service tasks.
  19. Support at other client locations as required.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

  1. Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV conferencing systems, printers, and PC hardware.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude, even under stress.
  3. Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. High professionalism and strong personal interaction skills.
  6. Ability to research and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  7. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  8. Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  9. Willingness to learn new technologies.
  10. High School Diploma required.
  11. Experience with deskside/end-user computer support in a corporate environment.
  12. Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid-response user support.
  13. Ability to organize multiple tasks effectively.
