Job Description

  • Provide Windows, software, and hardware support onsite in a corporate environment
  • Stage, provision, and deploy IT machines to end users following best practices
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for various technologies
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & audio/visual equipment
  • Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity
  • Follow appropriate KB articles
  • Manage workload via ticketing software
  • Prioritize and complete work independently and in groups
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Provide remote support for offsite resolver groups
  • Manage inventory of IT assets, including auditing
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • +1 year of corporate deskside support or equivalent experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to remain composed during challenging, rapid-response user support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365
  • Experience with imaging software and data migration tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
  • Experience with endpoint protection and encryption (BitLocker)
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Professionalism and strong personal interaction skills
  • Maintain a neat work area and appearance
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Adherence to shift schedules

  • A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • Knowledge of Windows architecture and permissions
  • Experience with Mac/Apple devices is a plus
  • Basic network knowledge (Active Directory, domain trust)
