POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The welcoming Bois-de-Boulogne residence, located in Montreal, is currently seeking a Leasing Assistant to handle administrative tasks related to leasing.

Schedule : Full-time, daytime.

Salary : To be discussed

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Actively participate in events organized by non-profit organizations to represent the residence and generate rental opportunities.
  • Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental
  • Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
  • Receive potential customers
  • Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
  • Support the rental team

Administration

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Perform other related duties
  • Produce required reports
  • Transcribe correspondence
  • Update different administrative forms and documents

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Ease in the use of computer tools
  • Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
  • A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)
  • A DEC in business administration or any related dicipline
  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
