POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Located in a privileged environment, the private retirement residence Les Terrasses Versailles offers an exceptional quality of life. This unique place combines the dynamism of city life with the friendliness and convenience of the neighborhood.

Schedule : 40 hours / week, daytime.

Salary : To be discussed

We offer a $1,000 signing bonus.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • All other related tasks

Administration

  • Analyze client needs
  • Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
  • Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
  • Greet visitors
  • Manage visits and negotiate rental contracts
  • Prepare rental contracts
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs
  • Rent out vacant apartments in the building

Management

  • Plan the arrivals and departures of residents

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the private residence environment
  • Knowledge of the Hopem system
