Purpose of the position

Join a family where respect, collaboration, and humanity are integral to the values of the employer and its managers! We hire people with heart, a strong team spirit, and concern for customer service. Schedule: Full time, day, every other weekend.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Rent out vacant apartments in the building
  • Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
  • Greet visitors
  • Analyze client needs
  • Match clients' needs with available properties
  • Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
  • Prepare rental contracts
  • Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs
  • All other related tasks
The ideal person has:
  • Proven ability to sell
  • Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy and discretion
  • Good sense of organization
  • Good management of priorities and adaptability
  • Concern for the well-being of seniors
  • Experience in the field
Required qualifications:
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the private residence environment
  • Knowledge of the Hopem system
