Job summary

Who we are

At Reservit Canada, we help hospitality businesses thrive with Reservit, one of the most widely used booking and channel management platforms in the world. We’re growing rapidly in North America and are now looking for a driven Business Developer to spearhead our growth outside Québec, especially in English-speaking markets across Canada and beyond.

Your mission

As our new Business Developer, you’ll be responsible for opening new markets, identifying high-potential leads, and closing new business deals. You’ll act as a key player in expanding our customer base, with the freedom to test ideas, optimize outreach strategies, and shape our go-to-market approach in untapped regions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify, target, and engage with prospects in English-speaking markets through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across the hospitality industry.
  • Pitch Reservit’s value proposition and lead discovery/demo meetings to understand client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and sales tools.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adapt your outreach strategies.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and opportunities using our CRM.
  • Hit (and exceed) your new business targets.

Who you are

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong asset, but not required.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). French is a plus.
  • Skilled at creating connections and opening doors.
  • Organized, autonomous, and focused on results.
  • Comfortable in a startup-like, fast-changing environment.
