Hotel Overview

The Pan Pacific Toronto Hotel (formerly The Prince Hotel) offers the best of both worlds – a welcoming oasis of calm amid the urban landscape. With 409 guest rooms, 30,000 sq ft of meeting space, two restaurants, and a lounge, we are positioned to host a broad range of corporate, government, and leisure groups.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing/communications in a similar role.
  • Highly driven to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Outgoing personality, team player, resourceful, and meticulous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Daily Tasks
Marketing
  • Assist in developing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Manage marketing budget and control expenses.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and response rates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and third-party agencies.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and benchmarking.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage website content and updates.
  • Create and test offers on brand.com and booking engines.
  • Maintain content on third-party websites.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies.
  • Coordinate content with culinary team.
  • Create visuals for digital screens.
  • Manage online presence on Tripadvisor, Google My Business, and Trivago.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on campaigns.
Social Media Marketing
  • Develop content calendars and create posts, videos, and campaigns.
  • Increase social media following and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content.
  • Manage social media budgets.
  • Respond to inquiries and feedback on social platforms.
Media and Influencer Engagement
  • Maintain press kits and handle media distribution.
  • Coordinate media visits, inquiries, and site tours.
  • Manage influencer contacts and events.
  • Oversee multimedia activities and reports.
Collateral Development
  • Develop content for marketing materials and collateral.
  • Support promotional efforts with branding and logo items.
