Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Estimate costs of supplies and food items.
  2. Estimate labour costs.
  3. Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  4. Analyze operating costs and other relevant data.
Supervision

Supervise a team of 5-10 people.

Food Specialties
  • Meat, poultry, and game.
  • Vegetables, fruits, nuts, and mushrooms.
Area of Work Experience

Management experience preferred.
