We are seeking a talented RestaurantSous Chef candidate who will be responsible for managing the daily operation of a high-volume kitchen. This includes communicating the goals and objectives of the Head Chef, ensuring food quality, consistency and portioning, and will work on the line during the shift to ensure this occurs. Ensures cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and storage areas. Supervises kitchen Team Members. Conducts physical inventory. Trains new kitchen Team Members. Acts as the Head Chef during that persons absence
