Job description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, closing profitable sales orders, and processing received orders. This includes reviewing orders to ensure customer needs are met, following through on delivery commitments, and communicating effectively with customers and employees involved in order fulfillment.

Pay Details:

• The expected pay range for this position is $22.00 to $31.00 hourly, including base pay and sales commissions.

Primary Duties:

• Sell products and services, suggest add-on and up-sell opportunities, and recommend alternatives if requested products are unavailable.
• Conduct sales ethically and professionally to uphold the company's reputation.
• Collaborate with branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales experience or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Occasionally sitting, talking, hearing. Use of hands and fingers is often required.

Lifting and Carrying:

• Continuous lifting of 1-20 lbs.
• Frequent lifting of 21-50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of 51-100 lbs., with assistance if needed.
