Pharma Sales Rep Respiratory – Specialty and Primary Care

Xediton is seeking energetic, self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills for the role of Sales Representatives in various provinces. The representative will develop business relationships with GPs, Specialists, and other Healthcare providers in community settings. Responsibilities include supporting brand growth and profitability through effective marketing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Call on targeted GPs, Specialists, and Healthcare providers in community or clinic settings.
  2. Achieve sales targets through strategic territory management and planning.
  3. Develop and maintain a sales plan for the territory using the Company’s CRM system.
  4. Implement sales strategies to maximize opportunities and promote products.
  5. Identify promotional opportunities, develop campaigns, and increase brand awareness.
  6. Conduct sales calls to promote and sell products to healthcare professionals and pharmacies.
  7. Build and maintain productive customer relationships to meet scientific and business needs.
  8. Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and territory coverage.
  9. Analyze and report on territory performance monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  10. Support operational marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  11. Participate in sales and product meetings as required.
  12. Increase customer awareness of our product line and grow sales within the territory.
  13. Manage key accounts effectively.
  14. Handle product complaints and adverse reactions from customers and healthcare professionals, documenting or forwarding as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, preferably in Respiratory.
  • Creative, resourceful, organized, adaptable, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with social media tools is an asset.
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to learn technical and product information for training and promotion.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, possessing a strong sales aptitude.
