You will be accountable for managing independent business (IB) account revenue, including growth and profitability within this segment. This involves prospecting new clients for Moneris, signing them on contracts for merchant services, and selling all services and products offered by Moneris to these clients.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Regional Sales.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
- Manage client relationships from pre-sales to post-sales setup and integration.
- Develop business relationships with assigned accounts, creating proposals and presentations to address prospect and client needs.
- Achieve and maximize card manufacturing revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions to meet corporate goals.
- Provide input to Marketing and Product Development on key products and initiatives to bridge gaps in current offerings and client segments.
- Drive customer acquisition, speed-to-market, ease of integration, and service levels. Create forecasts, sales reports, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance, educate on operating procedures, and keep abreast of payment industry trends for the sales team and clients.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of strategic sales, account management, or business development experience with a proven track record of sales success, customer conversion, and retention in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office Applications.
