An established industry player is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Associate to join their dynamic marketing team. To further this mission, we’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Associate to join our marketing team at a pivotal and exciting time for DoorDash.
The Growth Marketing team in Canada is focused on building and nurturing our customer base across all three audiences, Consumers, Merchants and Dashers, by building a relationship and engaging them with relevant cross-channel experiences. The team in Canada is responsible for driving growth across the business through allocation of investment and optimization of paid media channels across the marketing funnel.
We’re looking for a talented and driven performance marketer with strong knowledge of digital marketing channels to join our team. This role will offer you the opportunity to have an immediate impact by managing the performance of paid search and social campaigns that drive merchant acquisition through our self-service onboarding process and support consumer acquisition campaigns across a variety of digital and offline channels. You’ll be at the forefront of leading analysis of campaign results, optimizing performance, and making strategic recommendations on media plans to drive the business forward. In this role you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with leading experts at DoorDash responsible for managing specific channels, our media agency partners and our Brand marketing team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Canada Growth Marketing on the team.
You’re a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience managing budgets across acquisition channels. You are highly analytical and count A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance among your core competencies. You are creative and collaborative and work well with teams to tackle challenging problems. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving company at the forefront of on-demand food ordering. Also, you probably love food!
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
