Digital Advertising Program Manager

Do you have a passion for retail media and digital advertising?

As Best Buy's retail media business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced digital marketer to lead our sponsored products (on-site search) program. You will own this program end-to-end, with responsibility for growth, performance, operations, and new product innovation. This role requires hands-on experience with large budgets, pay-per-click advertising, and client-facing leadership.

At our head office in Vancouver, BC, we practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

1. Oversee large budgets in partner media spend with Best Buy ads.
2. Lead a small but growing team of sponsored products specialists who sell, launch, and optimize campaigns for brands and sellers.
3. Be our in-house expert on Criteo and manage the relationship with them as a partner, collaborating on platform and program development, sales, ad operations, technology, and budget management.
4. Develop initiatives to increase sponsored products adoption and investment.
5. Launch and grow complementary cost-per-click advertising programs.
6. Directly manage large campaigns and support the account management teams with training, campaign pitches, and reviews.

What we’re looking for:

1. At least 5 years of experience in retail media or performance marketing for a major retailer, ecommerce company, or digital agency.
2. Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Google Search Ads 360, or Criteo retail media platform.
3. Experience managing large budget search/PPC campaigns.
4. Progressive leadership experience (program or people).
5. A growth mindset with strong communication and analytical skills (storytelling with numbers).
