About The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Senior Growth Manager will lead scaling Felix’s digital acquisition efforts through creative, on-platform media buying, and landing page optimization.
This role focuses on customer acquisition, creative development, and optimizing growth across paid and organic channels.
Ideal candidates possess a strong analytical mindset, extensive performance marketing experience, and a sharp eye for creative strategy. They are data-driven and collaborate effectively with creative, product, and external teams to maximize growth.
