About The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Senior Growth Manager will lead scaling Felix’s digital acquisition efforts through creative, on-platform media buying, and landing page optimization.

This role focuses on customer acquisition, creative development, and optimizing growth across paid and organic channels.

Ideal candidates possess a strong analytical mindset, extensive performance marketing experience, and a sharp eye for creative strategy. They are data-driven and collaborate effectively with creative, product, and external teams to maximize growth.

You Will:

  • Develop and execute digital creative assets across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to brief, test, and refine ad creatives and messaging.
  • Manage performance marketing strategies and budgets across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Analyze user cohorts to derive insights and inform growth strategies.
  • Design experiments to improve conversion rates on landing pages using tools like HotJar, GA4, and WebFlow Optimize.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing and product teams to enhance onboarding, retention, and LTV via email, SMS, and in-product tactics.
  • Work with analytics and finance teams to forecast, track KPIs, and report ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and identify new channels or tactics for competitive advantage.

You Are:

  • A data-driven marketer skilled in optimizing campaigns.
  • A creative strategist capable of developing compelling ads and uncovering insights from industry and consumer trends.
  • A CRO expert with experience improving landing pages and user experience.
  • A collaborative team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive growth leader who identifies opportunities and executes effectively.

You Have:

  • 7+ years in growth or performance marketing roles.
  • Deep experience with digital advertising platforms and managing high-performance campaigns.
  • Hands-on with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing or partner acquisition programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, LightDash, Segment.
  • Experience in DTC brands or startups preferred.
  • Experience in fast-growth companies.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.
  • Proficiency with SQL or data visualization tools.
