Job description

To further this mission, we’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Associate to join our marketing team at a pivotal and exciting time for DoorDash.

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented performance marketer with strong digital marketing expertise to manage paid search and social campaigns that drive merchant and consumer acquisition. You will analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including channel managers, agency partners, and marketing teams. You will report to the Senior Manager of Canada Growth Marketing.

You will be responsible for:
  1. Managing daily operations of digital paid marketing channels such as Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and search (Google), coordinating with agency and in-house teams.
  2. Monitoring key metrics like budget pacing and CPA.
  3. Developing A/B tests to improve existing channels and explore new ad formats or channels.
  4. Creating briefs, trafficking assets, and tracking creative performance.
  5. Building and analyzing dashboards to monitor performance.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across brand, partnerships, strategy, martech, and operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 3 years of performance marketing experience and a BA/BS degree.
  • Hands-on experience managing media buying and optimization (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display) and familiarity with offline media (TV, OOH, Radio).
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPC, CVR, LTV metrics and media mix modeling tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and budget tracking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL or data scripting and dashboard creation (nice to have).
  • Experience in multi-sided marketplace or app businesses (preferred).
  • French fluency (nice to have).
Compensation

The salary range is $60,000 — $86,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, and location within British Columbia.
