Located in (Location), Drive Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team, responsible for coordinating the service process and enhancing customer experience by assisting customers. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

1. Schedule and coordinate diagnosis of reported problems efficiently
2. Greet customers in-person or via phone
3. Utilize CDK software for service management
4. Recommend repairs and preventative maintenance
5. Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
6. Adhere to all safety standards
7. Work evening and weekend shifts as needed
8. Sit for long periods; operate office equipment and computers

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of experience
2. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
3. Confident in customer interactions and understanding needs
4. Attention to detail and a positive attitude
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. Professional phone handling skills
