The Service Advisor is responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and Service Technicians by gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recommend, and document service maintenance and repairs.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.
  • Deliver personalized service that exemplifies our dealership standards.
  • Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare repair orders, update databases, and close orders with relevant details.
  • Provide service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
  • Perform road tests to assess customer concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards.
  • Strive to meet repair order production standards.
  • Perform other service-related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • May be required to work on Saturdays.
  • 2-3 years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with CDK or Xtime is an asset.
  • Professional, friendly, customer-oriented with good CSI and sales skills.
  • Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Details

Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (salary + bonus)
