The Advisor Technology Support (ATS) Team, part of our award-winning Service Desk, supports Advisors, Assistants, and Multi-Advisor Corporations across Canada. With team members in Ireland and Canada, we’re looking for passionate individuals who deliver exceptional customer service.

What We Do :

We help clients stay productive by resolving IT issues—ranging from password resets and software setup on laptops or phones to tackling more complex technical problems.

Key Information :

  • Period : 12 months (possible extension or full-time conversion)
  • Location : Remote work is acceptable; however, the candidate must be located near a Sun Life office in Toronto or Waterloo, ON, as equipment pickup will be required on-site.
  • Call Centre or customer service positions : Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide.
  • Work Hours : Monday to Friday, rotating shifts, including 8 AM–4 PM, 9 AM–5 PM, 10 AM–6 PM, 11 AM–7 PM, and 12 PM–8 PM.
  • Background Check : Tier 2 background check is required.
