As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be responsible for providing a professional, transparent, and consultative experience—ensuring our guests feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with professionalism and care, setting the tone for a premium service experience
• Schedule appointments and create detailed work orders
• Communicate technician findings and recommend services based on diagnostic results
• Guide customers through the repair process with clarity and integrity
• Provide regular updates throughout the service lifecycle
• Present final invoices, explain charges, and answer any questions
• Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (luxury/import brand preferred)
• Familiarity with dealership CRM systems – ERA/Reynolds experience is a strong asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge to confidently explain service recommendations
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
