Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers and listen to their concerns.
• Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system, and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
• Provide service recommendations to customers, including estimating costs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards.
• Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards.
• Perform other service-related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Automotive sector experience is a strong asset.
• Great customer service and listening skills.
