Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of previous Service Advisor Experience is required.
  • Experience with Dealermine & PBS software is strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner
  • Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems, and time required.
  • Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone or text message regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
  • Review work performed with customers
  • Interpret warranty information and policies to customers
  • Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership
  • Assist the service manager as necessary


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of previous Service Advisor Experience is required
  • Experience with Dealermine & PBS software is strongly desired
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Ability to problem-solve and high attention to detail.
  • Loves a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills and understanding of technology.
