Key Responsibilities

  • Be a Brand Champion!
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain high-volume outbound outreach, averaging over 40+ activities per day.
  • Research and identify high-potential brands based on key criteria (revenue, SKUs, retail presence, etc.).
  • Qualify prospects based on packaging spend, growth potential, and order frequency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure smooth hand-offs and strong meeting quality.
  • Use Salesforce to log activities, track opportunities, and report on KPIs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to move qualified pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Personalize messaging to decision-makers using insights from ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal resources.

Qualifications

  • Strong desire to start or grow a career in B2B sales.
  • Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with an analytical mindset and a go-getter attitude.
  • Proven drive and persistence in hitting activity-based targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
