As an Accident Benefits Claim Processor, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity, which may include working in data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity. You perform administrative, office, and other tasks to help your unit achieve operational objectives and implement initiatives according to detailed guidelines. The ability to drive results is essential. You help process workflows, solve problems, and prepare recommendations, tailoring your approach as needed. You also assist users in operating tools and systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure completion of the unit's administrative processes, perform analysis, carry out administrative, operational, and quality controls, take corrective measures, and follow up as required.
  2. Support users in the efficient use of tools and systems.
  3. Perform data entry, extraction, processing, compilation, and other administrative tasks.
  4. Provide information related to policies, programs, and processes in your field.
  5. Prepare or revise presentations and related documents.
  6. Review information requests and collaborate with external vendors and partners.
