A career as an Account Manager in the Commercial & Wealth Management team involves growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you. You will handle varied and complex tasks, enabling you to become a trusted advisor in your clients' financial projects.

Your Responsibilities :

  1. Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, expand your commercial client base, and devise business development strategies.
  2. Assist clients in achieving their business objectives by proposing financial strategies that combine the most suitable bank products and services.
  3. Adapt and optimize financial products and advice to meet clients' evolving needs.
  4. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, ensuring compliance with risk management standards and profitability criteria.
  5. Develop business plans for growth.
  6. Support the Associate Vice-President in achieving departmental objectives.
  7. Collaborate with the Manager – Financing Solutions.
  8. Participate actively in networking events such as conferences and social gatherings.
  9. Identify all inherent risks associated with Personal and Commercial Banking activities.

Your Team :

You will be part of the Commercial & Wealth Management 1859 sector, supporting commercial clients within a team of professionals. An ecosystem of experts will support you in delivering optimal solutions to clients.

Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, the position is based in Québec, with files assigned in Québec region, Charlevoix, Portneuf, and Chaudière Appalaches.

Our hands-on training programs will help you master your role. Collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise will enrich your professional development.

Basic Requirements :

  1. University certificate with 8 years of experience, or
  2. Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or
  3. Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in sales and business development within the financial industry.
  • Experience in analyzing financial statements.
  • Experience in commercial credit.
