Job Posting : Direct Sales Representative at Kalins Pro Painting

Location : GTA, Mississauga, Etobicoke, and surrounding areas

Pay : $18.00–$25.00 / hour + Bonuses

About Us :

Kalins Pro Painting is a growing company serving the GTA, Mississauga, Etobicoke, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for driven individuals with a passion for sales and marketing to help take our business to the next level.

What We Offer :

  • Hourly pay starting at $18 / hour , with the potential to earn up to $25 / hour based on performance.
  • Performance bonuses :
  • 25 for every estimate booked
  • A two-month probation period with opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • Sales training and mentorship from an experienced professional with 5+ years of high-level sales success.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate university, college, or other commitments.

Responsibilities :

  • Travel to designated marketing areas (which may change daily) and conduct direct sales and client outreach.
  • Professionally represent Kalins Pro Painting and engage potential clients.
  • Identify and generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and cold calling.
  • Educate potential clients about our services and secure estimate appointments.
  • Track and report daily sales activities and leads.
  • Regularly communicate with the Owner / Operator to discuss progress and strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Access to a reliable vehicle (preferred) and a minimum G2 driver’s license.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
  • A strong interest in developing sales, negotiation, and marketing skills.
